University Auto Leasing (UAL) is a vehicle leasing agency operating within the structure of the University of Missouri. It leases official vehicles at a competitive market rate to faculty and staff for university business. Vans are leased by the day, week, month or year to accommodate any leasing needs customers might have. Other vehicles for departmental use may be available for long term lease.
UAL is located in the General Services Building at 900 E. Stadium Boulevard. Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday for leasing and scheduling vehicles. Convenient drop boxes are provided for customers returning late at night and on weekends at both the Parking Structure 7 (PS7) 4th Floor UAL South Parking Area and at the front of the door of General Services Building.
Drivers of University owned vehicles must comply with UM Business Policy UM BPM-406 Vehicles. Individuals picking up lease vehicles will be asked to present their driver's license for inspection. While the vehicle is in the custody of the department the supervisor or administrative head of the department is responsible for compliance with UM BPM-406 Vehicles. Vehicles returned with excessive interior dirt, trash or odor will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of up to $100.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking more than 1 day (24 Hours) before your specified pick-up time, you will receive a cancellation fee of $50.
If you cancel your booking less than 1 day (24 Hours) before your specified pick-up time, you will receive a cancellation fee of $100.
